Finally Boosted...........
I can look at having some sort of bracing placed between the flanges. A simple piece of metal welded between the flange that is agains the head to the side of the flange where the turbo bolts up.
Make sure you have flex pipe in your DP. Look around and see what other people have done. Or just see where everyone else is cracking and take it into a shop and tell them where you want the braces.

You might want to brace the wastegate as well. Overall I must say you having a positive attitude makes helping you a lot easier, lol!

Honestly I paid less than 400$ bucks for the kit, by no means was this a high budget build just attempting to educate myself and have a little fun in a fairly inexpensive manor with the intent to replace cheap parts with quality parts as I become more knowledgable in owning and maintaining a boosted honda. Keep the comments coming no harm taken !

If you are going to run that ebay turbo just keep an eye on it so that you have a chance to catch any problems before it wrecks your engine. It's hit and miss with ebay turbos you might get a good one you might not. Btw I had this turbo on my crx it lasted like 3 months before it was smoking and had crazy shaft play.
justyncredible when you stated that there are other things that i have to consider if i want to actually use this new found power what exactly do you mean by that ?

There things like:
Tires, suspension, engine mounts, transmission and traction bar, but everyone is different and so are there goals. Wheel spin isn't much fun

Just some food for thought, you always end up spending more money trying to save money. Just the way she goes boys, just the way she goes.
Good to see your sticking with it tho!
yeah iam beginning to see that now , after purchasing a new engine yesterday i can say that cheap wastegate set me back about 800 bucks and about a week of downtime. A hard head makes a light pocket.

I have tial wastegate and bov and other name brand parts. So far I'm good and I drive my car daily, even though I have another car to drive.
