Default filling a b20 block

So i'm about to begin my summer project and i'm planning on a built ls with around 450whp. I started thinking about just using a b20 instead, but we all have heard the horror stories of b20's cracking sleeves.
So my question to you is if i were to fill a b20 block(i don't have the $ to sleeve), using devcon or whatever it is called from summit, and with forged internals could i reliably boost it to 25lbs? or could i use a combination of filling + block guard or posting?
I'm not sure yet and would love to be enlightened, any help will be appreciated
