Default FIC 2150cc injectors

Anyone using these? Narrowed down my choice to FIC 2150cc or ID2000 injectors, Pro's / Con's of either brand?

Both a good and both are expensive.

I'm using the fic 2150 no complaints I think there about $100 cheaper than the id brand new, plus I remember seeing a couple members selling sets for 500-600$

Thanks to the guys who responded

Our 2150s are working great in a bunch of cars out there. We also have our new 1650cc injectors as well.

The guys from Dynamic Performance and Prayoonto Racing both use and trust our injectors in their race cars as well as their customer cars. You can contact either of them directly to purchase your injectors, and of course you can always contact us directly if you have any specific questions and we'll be happy to help.

What is the difference from the straight Bosch injectors?

The difference is in the injector characterization and matching, which is essential when you are using large fuel injectors like the 2150s.
Although these are excellent injectors, an unmatched set can have a 5% variance in fuel flow and a 25% difference in latency values, which will impact in the overall quality and safety of how your car runs, with the biggest impact in the stability of the short pulse width idle area.

This is why we include our Data Match Technology sheet with every set of 2150s that go out the door, which provides the most complete flow matching and latency value information available in the industry. This data sheet provides individual dynamic slope flow rates and individual latency values and ensures your injector set is matched with precision to offer the best performance possible. This data is included with each set and can be used to make tuning much easier with superior end results.

Here is a sample Data Match Technology sheet:

It's basically nothing other than injector matching and the billet injector adapters. Other than that they are 100% original Bosch

That's what I thought. Seems like a whole hell of a lot of cost for the service, no wonder there is a new company popping up every other week.

I would say without a doubt ID injectors. What can FIC offer that ID cannot, they copied what ID does minus the real engineering and development.

Actually, Fuel Injector Clinic was the first company to offer the 900cc (what many other companies call a 1000), as well as the 1100cc, and now the new 1650cc. We also provide more specific data about each injector set than anyone in the industry. The Data Match Technology sample data sheet posted above lists individual, specific slope flow and offset values for YOUR injector set so you know exactly what you have. The custom injector characterization equipment we use and that data we provide is all produced in-house here to offer our customers the best product possible.

There are very few companies who have the ability to produce real injector data and match injectors into proper sets with high precision... just making sure that the difference is clear here, and that this matching does benefit the ease of tuning and the end result of how your car runs. Having a good quality injector is essential, but it only gets you 1/2 way there--without a properly matched set and the data needed for tuning you're going to have a very difficult time getting good results.

Fuel Injector Clinic isn't the cheapest, we're not the most expensive... but when you look at the quality you receive and the customer service to back it up, you'll see that the VALUE you get with our products is excellent.

Also fic has second to none customer service I recently sent my 2150's in to have them check out before I stored them while I rebuild. Honest company and a great product.

Why does the same service for the 2150's cost so much more than the 1000's?
