Default FI with e-cutout

i've seen alotta of info on this in the past but no definite #s to go by.
i kno i've seen a few NA people actually report worse ETs with the cutout, but i'm almost sure that FI would net better results.
any guys in here with a cutout who can verify from experience that it is worth some gain? i don't wanna sound loud as crap and be going just as fast as i was before. i really like the idea of running a quieter exhaust daily and just opening up when i need to race. it would prob be cheaper too compared to getting a full 2.5 or 3" exhaust and being louder.
i mite get a larger dp first, but i'm pretty sure i'd rather get a cutout than new exhaust. lemme know what u guys think or have experienced. thanks

for sure you will see gains with FI! no doubt unless for some reason its the stupidest designed thing ever
one word of advice though.
ive seen on a lot of occations the E cut out failing in the winter time due to the cold/snow/salt. (mostly cold i think). So being in NY, you are subject to some cold.
And I dont think they will warrant anything.
just some info for ya

cable operated ones are known to suck, the wingnut and gasket are the best but hardest to operate. The electric ones are supposed to be badass and not leak at all. There are a few of them to choose from so shop around.

I live 5 minutes away from barry at QTP and he makes some badass cutouts. two of my friends are currently working for him. only problem is that he is about 250 cutouts behind.

I was thinking about these this weekend and wondered if you would need to have two stages of tunning done for this (the ecutout). Reason being with the better flow and thus higher boost wouldnt it require two maps? One for the normal exhaust boost and one for the ecut? I could be wrong I am not the smartest in the world when it comes to this sort of thing, which is why I am here.
