Default Fan questions

I'm trying to install my turbo on my GS-R but there is no room at all to fit the turbo.

Will it be ok to drive only with one fan just till I can by some slim fans, or will it get too hot in there?

Also, which one is the AC fan out of the two.

TIA

IMO its not okay with just one fan. Get a slim fan ASAP. They have them at Advance Auto Parts or Auto Zone.

The a/c fan is the one closest to the p/s pump

as long as u don't run the ac, you will be fine with only one fan. I've been running one fan for a while now and it works fine. I will be getting a second fan in the future since I do have ac but right now with it getting cold, I see no need for it.

I have heard of people using one fan with no problems. Again this is because the drivers side fan is mainly for when the A/C is on. I have an Ls turbo and have the half sized radiator running one fan with no problems. You should be fine. Worse comes to worse you can just idle and see if the temps go up. If the temps just keep rising shut the car down and wait to get a slimline. You'll be fine though

Yah i just bought a half radiator from Advanced (92-95 civic ones) and it helped and but yah i would still need to take off one fan. I'm glad to hear that a lot of you have done with no problems, i'll def. take it off and get slim fans soon.
