fake turbo XS RFL bov?? ebay
i just bought this bov off ebay from a seller brand new and it came in a plain black box with all hardware, but doesnt say turbo xs anywhere on it. there was an OBX paper in the box...

You were OBX-ed! I cant see that it will be all that diffrent from the turbo xs it's a pretty simple unit. I have one. But if you paid to much then I would be mad.

It may be a knockoff but that does not mean its a bad product. A lot of people have been having good luck with the knockoff tial wastegates from ss autochrome, theres not much to screw up on a simple bov like the turbo xs.

The only difference I can see between that BOV and my RFL is the flanges. One of mine was silver, the other was gold. One should be steel, other should be aluminum.

Most of the time, you are paying big $$$ because of the name, not product. Certains stuff, you will get away with the cheaper ones, but sometimes you will get what you pay for. That bov doens;t look bad.

i just bought one of these too. i knew it wasnt a TURBO XS but i figured i would take the chance and see what happens. it looks so simular that i wonder if the same company makes em and then just leaves the TURBO XS off the top. i got mine for $103 shipped brand new and it should be here in a few days. i will have to let you guys know how it sounds when i get my car runnin

my friend has one on is 00 ex...he was having alot of problems with it , getting it not to leak and such....i would never buy one from his experience , but i hope it works out for you.....
