I am looking to boost my 1992 Accord LX 5spd. The sychros in my tranny are slowly going and I am also looking to upgrading it. I am looking to get somewhere around 250-300WHP.

Questions:

1. What type of internals should I be looking for?
2. What type of turbo should I get?
3. What tranny should I be swapping the stock f22 tranny with?

If you have a boosted f22 please let me know what you did to it and what kinda numbers you are getting out of it.
