A/F ratio at cruising?
what are your guy's A/F ratio during cruising (light load), also what are your guy's A/F ratio during idle? mine is right around 15 and 16.1. the reason i ask is because my car bogs in first gear until i hit boost, and was wondering if it was to lean
thanks

you wont get a lean bog from 15-16, now 18's and higher i can believe it. See what the a/f goes to right as it transitions into boost. If its a big change, then that is prob it.

do you have the stock o2 sensor hooked up and closed loop enabled? If so then that could be your problem. My car used to hesitate a little at boost transition with closed loop enabled. Now that I only run in open loop all the time with closed loop disabled my car runs much better at partial throttle. My vac to boost transition is great. Just make sure you tune y our partial throttle maps after disabling closed loop.

At tranisition you shouldn't be in the 15s, the bogging would be caused by the transition cells. 15:1 or so is good for cruising. Most people go leaner, that is just where my motor likes it best. With closed loop, you will always be around 14:5-15. I have no hesistation in transition, you just have to give it enough throttle to throw it into open loop.

right around 13 maybe 13.5, i wierd its all before boost so i dont think it will have anything to do with boost. i would say it is bogging but out of boost it is around 13.5 to 14.5
