f-max and hondata
My f-max kit is on and running well, but I do still have some exhaust leaks (such as the big hole for another o2 sensor). I ran hondalogger for the first time today and the o2 reading stayed around .20, where as .80 is normal. Do you think this is just due to the leaks before the o2 sensor? I am running a turbo program for a 94 gsr.

No I'm not using the MF2. I'm not really sure what to use to plug the holes. No one on honda-tech knows what size bolt I need, and my guess on what size it is isn't available locally (3/4" fine thread). I might have to go with a more permanent solution.

As a temporary measure, just get some exhaust repair kit to plug the hole up....then go to a home depot or something and try to buy an assortment of bolts that might fit....or if you can find the right one then take it to a muffler shop and have it welded close...

There is a metric "oil pan bolt plug" available at any auto parts store. The thread is....I can't remember off hand, but it is metric. Like 1.25Xlength...... Take your car and a jack and test fit at the auto parts store. If I can remember the thread size, I'll post it.

I had to put another o2 bung in my dp, most autoparts stores carry a non fouling sparkplug adapter, the inside of it is a perfect match to the o2 sensor, find that size, and that is the size you need. I will check to see if I can figure it out for you.

O2 sensor thread pitch and size are the same as spark plugs. Screw an extra spark plug in the hole to make sure then go the parts store and find a bolt the same size and the spark plug threads.

Re: f-max and hondata (fastestdriver)
Keep in mind that although it has two holes for the o2 sensor, they are threaded differently. My stock o2 sensor would only fit into one of the holes.

I only had one hole in my downpipe and that was the one that was plugged. I have OBD1 and I had my carsound cat made with a bung for the sensor.
like I said, get the part from NAPA. was $10 (ouch!)
