Default F-Max or Drag

I have narrowed my search to F-Max and The Drag Gen 2 turbo kits for my '96 H22a. My question is, what turbo kit is better for this paticular engine. Now I know that the F-Max kit comes with a stand alone fuel managment, but I don't care about that because I'm going to upgrade anyway. I want to know which turbo charger is actually better.
Any Ideas will help.
THX

A friend of a friend has the fmax kit on his prelude and swears by it. Fmax custom makes all their kits and I have heard they are really really good quality. People keep on talking **** about the mf2 but from what I have heard it seems preety good under 10psi untuned. Anymore boost then that and your going to need to some tuning. Well actually any amount of psi you should have tuned but I think under 10psi the mf2 works great untuned. Hope i helped

They both suck, go custom! I'd get Revhard before Drag or Fmax.

f-max is great kit one of the most streetable kits in the market but it does not came with a fuel management. The MF2 is just an additional fuel injector controller that read from GM 3bar map sensor and is good up to 30 psi or 2 bar. This mean if your stock injector duty is max out you can kiss your motor good bye because your addition fuel injector will not be able to make up for all the fuel that you need at hi-boost they are only 2 440cc injectors. Now there is way you can fix this problem is to upgrade your stock injector to run the high boost but U must tune the inj. for daily driving or/and low boost (dyno tune). This process is the same for the Drag kit the only difference is the FMU. U will also need to need bigger full injectors with this kit fo hi-boost. The FMU is the best way to manage fuel. To tell the truth about turbo is that the only way to make sure your car runs right with a turbo kit is to have fuel management system. There is many different kinds like Hondata is pigback or TEC II, MOTEC, Microtech......they are in full control of the motor. Most people think you can just drop a turbo in the car and drive but it take alot of tuning time (learning).
Well if had to pick from both I would pick F-Max because is cleaner, they spent alot of time researching to develop a grea turbo, you can tell them what exactly you want i.e. t3/t4E instead of t3/t4 b that come with the kit for no addition price. The Drag kit is not very streetable but is very cheap and that is why lots of people use them. It is really your choose. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
