Default exhaust leak questions...

so I stripped out a stud on the exhaust side of my head, and for the time being I put a longer bolt in the hole. It worked out really well until the temperature dropped into the 30's here for a few nights, and now I have a little "tick-tick" exhaust leak on startup.

as the car comes up to operating temp., the tick goes away, and it will hold a rock solid 14 lbs lo and 21 lbs hi boost. I plan on fixing this problem, but it might be a little while until I get my Skunk2 manifold, so I don't plan on taking the head off until I am ready to do both.

what will the little exhaust leak potentially damage in my motor, as I am still paying for my EMS and wideband, and can't afford to have to buy anything for a little bit.
