exhaust housing stuck!

exhaust housing stuck!

I took out my turbo to fix som eoil leaks and I loosen up all the brackets that keep the exhaust housing from rotating so I can move it to get the oil fitting out but the damn housing is stuck and wont rotate. anyone have a good way to make it move?

I tried searching but nothing.
