Default Which exhaust to get?

I have a B16A and am in the process of putting a Garrett GT28RS on. Its a smaller turbo , so I was wondering what exhaust you would go with? I have a APEXi WS II on now.

Either:
-Stay with the APEXi WS II

-Buddy Club Spec II

-3" Thermal

How much would that be? All setups with Burns mufflers cost an arm and a leg from what I've seen.
