Default Excessive smoke (what can it be?)

I just got my car running tonight, got the turbo on, and i'm running a 3'' downpipe cut off right under the oil pan. Well while it was idling tonight, with lite rev's (in neutral) there would be a hint of smoke, I can't tell if it's oil or not, it's more whitish more then anything.

Could it be just everything burning off of the turbo and the manifold? It seems (not exaclty 100% sure) that the smoke gets more excessive as the revs go up, but it won't smoke under throttle, only deceleration. Could this be a serious sign, like poor compression (it's a brand new engine 3000 miles, it's an 06)
