I have a 98 GSR and am going to be turboing it in the next couple of months....What I want to know is whether or not anyone has installed their own turbo and how easy/difficult it is and what I need to know before I start. I can use all the help/suggestions you all have.
Thanks

Doing your own turbo install isn't bad as long as you make sure you have all your parts on hand along with a couple of friends. My greddy kit took me 3 days to install. I spent one day draining oil, pulling off the the headers and downpipe taking out the fans, etc. And then the next day bolting it all on. And then the last checking fluids and checking for leaks and loose bolts. good luck.

i think most people on this web site pay super humans to install their turbo kits. its not something anyone can do.
just do your research, and don't be scared. you learn alot when u install a turbo kit. my only suggestion is take ur time and don't cut corners. it will pay off over time.
