Has anyone ever heard of a stand alone fuel system called PMS? Do you know what it does and how it works?

It's an old piggy-back setup we used back in about 96-97 days (much more capable than an AFC tho)... the first time I ever messed with one was a few weeks ago. My friend had one and it was amazing simple to set up and tune. 30-sec to plug it in. 45-sec to learn how to adjust the values and have his car idling right (w/o any manual).

there are better systems out now, but if you come across one for free or dirt cheap, don't hesitate.

 

I have one. Easy to use and works great. Brand new they are pricey, but if you can pick one up used go for it.

OK ... story....

Im very good friends with Sean Glazar(for the ones who are clueless....he owns that 8 sec AWD Talon and the Black 9sec FWD Mirage)....Couple yrs back im in his shop workin on his car and I stumble upon one of those PMS systems wedging the shop door open...Curiousity got the most of me, so I asked what it used to be(at that time I had no idea what it was) His coment was " Its PMS........and thats exactly what it has!".....Sean used to be a very big dealer of them...

There is plenty other systems out there that work much better than those units....They are just outdated technology....
