Default Englishtown 10/17

Went to Englishtown for a few runs. Still having VTEC problems. Sometime, out of nowhere, it cuts out. Gonna redo the wiring tomorrow.

Ran a best of 11.768 @ 117.64MPH
then a 12.0 at 117MPH (bogged off the line and got a 2.1 60 foot)
3rd run, no VTEC, 12.6 at 107MPH

Met Evil and saw the Integra LS. I heard it ran 11.8 or something, and I saw the 12.0 pass. Very impressive.

I thought the wires for the VAFC were loose, because I used the cheezy connectors it came with. I took the wiring apart and soldered everything on, and it was still not working right. I swapped VTEC solenoids, and changed the wire clip for it too. I'm just going to run a new wire directly from the VAFC's VTEC switch output to the VTEC solenoid.

Thanks Evil I do hope that I get the VTEC working all the time. Every time I like up to run, I keep getting that thought of no VTEC.....

My turbo is a T3/T04 something, 60 trim, I think. I get boost in the 4000rpms range, and once VTEC kicks in at 4800rpms, full boost is there (as well as a lot of tire spin)

I made the 11 second runs with a stock '95 GSR ECU, VAFC, Walbro intake pump, Vortech FMU (8:1, with 3 tiny pin holes in the vacuum line, so it's probably around 7:1), and RC 370cc injectors.

11 second cars feel good as hell on the street
