Default Engine Tuning and 15psi

I'm currently building a d16z6 to run 15 psi. Do you think a V-Afc and a MSD BTM would be enough to tune the fuel and ignition timing?

15 psi? On vafc and btm? On a stock ecu? I'm sure you can get away with it for a little bit, but I wouldn't! Even if you got 15 psi to run somewhat good on a vafc and btm, it wouldn't run as good as if you had a standalone ecu. (Eg. Hondata.. etc.. etc. )
