Default engine rebuild questions.

I'm planing on slapping on a turbo on my 01 gsr and running about 16 psi on strip and 8 on street. I know i need to rebuild but i have a few questions.

1) Will 9.5:1 be sufficient or should i drop down to 9:1?
2) Is it neccessary to reinforce the valve train?
3) What rods would you guys reccommend?

thanks,

Get Crower Rods. As for compression, you can get away with 9.5:1 IF you tune well. Get a Hondata! Most (serious) guys on this board will swear by it. Tuning gets more critical as you up the boost. Also, psi is psi.. horsepower comes in to play too.. how big is the turbo? What hp goals are you trying to reach? If you plan on gobs of hp at high boost levels, get your cylinder walls resleeved.
