engine performance problem
i think this is the right spot to put this as its related to a forced induction issue.
first my setup
97 b20z
eagles
mauhle 84.5mm 9:0:1
c&c block gaurd
block decked 5 thou
balanced rotating assy
stock port b16a head
ARP headstuds/ mains
usdm 97+ gsr cams
2.5 down pipe no cat full 3" to vibrant stelth
2.5" charge pipes
22x9x3 fromt mount
tail 38mm
PTE 780's
Walbro 255
turbo is filterless
t3/t04e 63a/r back 50 a/r front 83 trim stage 3
Neptuned
( this is where things get tricky)
the head was on a all motor car before i bought it, it came with bent valves and
while the head was in being repared it was noted that it was decked over 1mm. At this point the combustion chambers where opened to 84.5mm and aprox 35 thou was removed from the chambers in an effort to reduce the compression to 9:5:1ish. The motor is assembled and installed into my car, and has been running for over 3000km on a basic tune. I installed a turbo kit (not ebay) and took it to the dyno where it made 239whp on 6 psi. I was told that the cam timing is way off with stock gears and that i need to install cam gears and degree the cams.

A little bit of a update, I went and installed cam gears and hit the dyn yet again thinking everything would go smooth. First we were smoothing some areas that i noticed were a little off in the part throttle, everything went fine with that. The last time at the dyno i was having wastegate issues and had installed a tial with a 10psi spring as im looking to run 15psi daily. We increased the boost to 10 psi from 7psi and began to to pulls while increasing boost to around 6k after a while we were at 15 pounds where i expected to make like 350+whp this i where things get bad the car left the dyno making 239hp at 7psi and was now making 250 at 15psi. (yeah at double the boost) We shut the car down and began to adjust the cam gears in different positions and found the it likes 0/0 the best. torque on the motor in my opinion should be around 300 and start to fall around 7000 or so but on my motor it drops really early like a stone somewhere after 6200 it looses around 40 ft lbs. Im at my wits end with this thing and im looking for any imput you may have on possible causes.
