Default engine options

alright, im stuck in the middle here, I rolled my old teg, but I kept it, so I still have the complete car, its a 91'gs with a B18a but it has 290xxxkm on it, I bought another teg, a 92'ls with a 00' B16a2 in it, with 72xxxkm, I plan on boosting my car, but I dont know what would be a safer/better platform to boost from?
I want it to be more reliable than anything and I can always upgrade to make more power from it. Any ideas? let me know,

thanks,

-mitch

The b16 has a little to high compression ratio to easily turbo it.You could sell the b16 and use that money to rebuild the ls with some 9:1 forged pistons and arp rod bolts. The ls is a good start for your turbo project. The b16 is worth more stock.
