Default Engine HEAT problem...help

After running my car under boost for ONE gear, my car feels EXTREMELY slow afterwards...it hesitates, the throttle response is VERY VERY bad.

I can't express how bad the car feels after less than one run.

My temperature meter doesn't move AT ALL (which would indicate that my car's temperature is fine). Could the problem be that my engine oil is getting too hot? (I'm using Synthetic 15w-50).

What can I do to help alleviate this heat problem?

Another strange thing I noticed is that when my car is "acting up" (car feels EXTREMELY slow, hesitates, POOOOORRRR throttle response etc.), my J&S dual monitor will stop showing the A/F ratio.

i.e. for the first run, I'll see the A/F ratio, after that run, the A/F meter doesn't show any lights at all for A/F.

Could the really hot exhaust gases be heating up the O2 sensor so much that it can't get a reading?
