Engine components 300 degrees after boost
my oil lines, radiator, everything is unbareable to touch.

you gotta be kidding me

It sounds like you're just guessing at these temps - since your radiator is definitely not hitting 300*F(it would not have any liquid water in it, only steam).
Get some real gauges, then come back and we can tell you if it's normal.
BTW - if you touched something 300*F, you'd most likely suffer a 2nd degree burn. I'd bet your radiator is about 180-190*F and your oil line is somewhere in the 140-180*F range.

i was using a multimeter with the built in laser that reads temps and the turbo manifold was 400 degrees which sounds normal but i will prob need water and oil temp gauges. I was just worried because whenever i opened up the hood there would be alot of hot heat and it'd always take 6-7 hours to totally cool down. I'll prob grab a dual core radiator as well to be on the safe side before going to the dyno. Thanks anyways

yes, thats how its like w/ exposed manifold/turbo/dumptube without heatshields, i can't even touch dipstick without using glove or towel. btw, are you running external wastegate? if so, are you running dumptube?

-36 to -40 across the board on the hack with 450's and 255 pump at the time. Was using the msd 6btm as well and tried retarding time to compensate for the advance from the hack but didnt seem to affect it. Might be hooked up wrong but anyways im pretty sure it was rich because black smoke at full throttle take off. But no a/f gauge hooked up cause i dont have the wideband yet.
first the turbo was internally wastegated and now its external w/dumptube. still hot and long time for totall cool down of engine, with the fan on high blowing directy at engine it'd take 4 hours to cool.
