Default engine breaking up

my friend boosted his built b18c hatch with a full race turbo kit. He had it tuned by Jeff Evans using Neptune. well during the tuning session the motor kept breaking up, Jeff didn't know why it did so. Jeff held on to the car for a few days to figure out the problem but with no luck of finding the source. Then he tried different ecu's, coil in the dizzy, spark plug wires, dizzy caps, spark plugs, re-wired the tps sensor, and a few other things that i don't know about. So now he has been driving around with a 400whp hatch and doesn't know when he will make power or break up. What we do know is the car only breaks up when the motor gets hot and is seems like its a ignition cut of some sort.
If you need more info feel free to ask, helpful comments only please.
This car makes 396whp in high boost so it would be nice to feel the power with out breaking up. Thanks in advance.

anybody think it can be the wastegate not holding boost? it only breaks up at higher rpms and wont build boost, i've been telling him to try a different spring. let me know what you fellows think

It could be a fuel delivery issue. We need details of the seutp. If Jeff Evans couldnt figure it out then you definetly have some troubleshooting to do.

Keep in mind...This is not my car so I i don't know everyday driving characteristics.. Thanks for your time

here it goes
Motor specs:
B18c1 block 9.0:1 cr .020 overbore
b16a head w/ gsr cams with ferrera valves i believe, 3 way valve job
Full Race cam gears
b16 intake manifold
GSR tranny

Fuel delivery:
Walbro 255 fuel pump (may have a dirty sock)
RC 750cc's fuel injectors
stock fuel rail and regulator
Stock and original fuel filter (could be the problem)

Full Race Stage1 (450hp) Turbo kit:
T3/T04 60 trim turbo
Full Race equal length manifold
Tial 38mm wastegate with 7lb spring
Tial 50mm BOV

Stock Dizzy/cap/ rotor/ coil
MSD wires
Spark Plugs ?

Engine management:
Neptune tuned by Jeff Evans

The results:
Low boost 320hp @ 10lbs
high boost 396hp @16lbs

The motor is now throwing code 43 Fuel system supply
The motor will run great for a few minutes in high boost then it will run like garbage after that and VTEC wont engage, and wont hold boost....

Here is his Dyno Graph http://forums.evans-tuning.com...=2664 (keep in mind it only breaks up during street runs, it pulled hard and clean on the dyno) I just reiterated what the boosted pages said

was the dyno losing signal? Was it ony happeneing in higher rpms?

My honda-tech jedi power sense your buddies IGNITOR is dead/dying. Replace the ignitor or the whole dizz.

i replaced the whole dizzy when having the same issues, breaking up/fuel cut type symptom > 4k rpms, randomly.

The guys at the dyno said the bearing in the dizzy can come loose or something and at high rpms it will cause the rotor to not make contact with the cap.

Not sure if it was the bearing or the ignitor, but replacing the whole dizzy fixed it, only after replacing the cap, rotor, spark, and wires didnt

hope this helps!
