so i got my new setup last monday, babield it till my tuner was available on friday, did a street tune, then got it up on the dyno saturday. on a conservative tune with great a/fr, and only 9 degrees of timing on 18 lbs of boost. i cracked two cylinder walls, all my coolant blew out the exhaust. after taking the head off, there's no sign of detonation or running lean.

if anyone knows where i might be able to find a b18c block with stock bore to move my forged pistons/rods and my turbo setup. PLEASE call me at 813 365 0220. cash in hand.

 

Do you know why it blew up if it was such a conservative tune?

Who built the motor?

 

i dont really wanna say who built it because they are a reputable company and i dont want it to reflect poorly on them. i was still on stock sleeves, so that's defnitely a weak point, i thought i would be fine, was onlymaking 360whp.

 

How many people pm'ed u asking what copmany it was?. I know Honda-tech people like the back of my hand.
