em1 intercooler
can someone either post thier intercoooler pictures of the drivers side without the bumper on or help me decide what to do with my windshield fluid resevoir thats in the way of my intercooler piping. i did a mock up yesterday from the TB to the intercooler is good, but when i go to run my U pipe my washer fluid(canada model i hear they are larger) resevoir tank is in the way, and i cant run it underneath otherwsie it sticks too far under and my one pipe to the turbo wont reach. . i have the treadstone kit if that helps, also if i remove my A/C fan to fit the turbo can i keep my A/C when i bolt the turbo but just not have a cooling fan to keep things cooler at idle?
Is the AC fan similar to the radiator fan? If so try a pusher style fan mounted to the front side of the heat exchanger.
As far as the washer fluid reservoir goes, you might be able to pick a USDM up from someone on here for pretty cheap.

well i'm talknig to some canada poeple and they have jsut scrapped it period, i wish some more boosted em1 people were looking at this thread then they might tell me if they scrapped theirs or if their USDM washer fluid one works with thiers
There's an EM1 crew thread thats close to 1000 pages in one of the appearance forums. That'd probably be your best bet, as I know there are a decent amount of them that are boosted.

thats how big my waasher fluid resevior . . canadain SIR

and i'm guessing this is the states Si ;s washer resevoir and the intercooler tucks under way nicer than mine would ever do
I'd say your best bet is to either remove it or look for a US one. Shouldn't be hard to find in the classifieds, there are quite a few people who shave/tuck their bays and ditch the washer fluid system.
