Default To eliminate the sec. O2 sensor now or wait??

so here's the situation: I'm looking to get a high flow cat put on tomorrow, and I'd rather not have a spot welded in the cat for the sec. O2 sensor, because in about 2 weeks I'm putting in the aem ems, and will not need that O2 sensor. Now, I'd rather not wait the 2 weeks, because I need some other exhaust work done, and would like to get it, but it isn't anything major/urgent. So my question is, can I just get rid of that sensor now, and drive around for the 2 weeks with no sec. sensor without having drivability problems? Or will the car drive like a dog without it? the car is not boosted yet, but am just getting things ready for when it is.

Thanks!

I ran without my secondary O2 w/ a stock ECU for a year and it was fine. It's only there for emissions purposes and doesn't affect your performance. All it'll do it throw a CEL so you'll have to live with that for the time being.
