electronic or manual dual stage boost controller...???
I will be taking my car in to get a Neptune tune in a couple weeks and called the tuner for some advice regarding a boost controller. I already purchased a Greddy Profec B - Spec 2 boost controller and was planning to use this, however they said that it is difficult to use, and instead I should get a TurboXS dual stage manual boost controller because it is much more simple. I am a Noob and don't know all the logistics behind the Greddy, but isn't it supposed to be better because it is electronic and you can fine tune it???
What do you guys think??? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I have a manual dual stage and have zero complaints about it. so simple to use and setup. i have no experience with the greddy, but i suggest you sell it and pocket the extra cash you save after getting a turboxs dual stage.
good luck

You can fine tune it, but it will be a headache to attempt it if you're new to them. Its more than setting the PSI you want.
A TurboXS dual-stage mbs is very simple, even if its the one with fine adjustment. Its 2 or 3 screws to adjust boost levels, one wire goes to ground, then one wire to your powered switch.

Thanks for the replies!
I don't really have a budget and am planning to pay top $ for tuning, so I'm down with the ebc in order to fine tune it and see better results.
Question...when I switch the boost controller from street to race, how does the system compensate for the extra fuel that is needed for higher boost???

thats what we have sensors for
when your car gets tuned you'll learn how its all done assume your tuner is a nice guy
