Is there a possibility to use GM boost controller with Neptune?

At the moment no. You can use a dual stage, three stage or four stage manual boost controller with solenoids that need to be turned on/off. It does not support PWM output yet for a solenoid driven boost controller. You can use a EBC with an external switch that activates low/high boost with the software, and trigger it with a momentary contact relay.

Jeff who make more than 2 stage boost controller. which ebc do u recommend?

Turbo XS has a 4 stage controller available currently.
