Default Electric Supercharger

Has anyone had any experience with these things? Do they actually work and do any good for your engine/torque? Or are they pointless, like the Vortex Generator piece of crap...?

im not even reading this.

good god im gone for a week at my new job and this stuff starts again.
at idle it will push more air than needed, but sooner or later the engine will draw through it.
