Its a good theory, but I can't imagine it generating enough pressure I bet this one is kinda a scam or ripoff.

Nope, that style of blower will not produce 600 cfm under any sort of pressure. A long time ago, i did some research on that.

not enough electrical current to produce any real power gains... 5-10 hp maybe.

It might create that kind of flow, but won't push any psi.
