recently i bought a used greddy egt with probe ...it didnt come with a harness or anything....so i need to know:

where does the two wires from the probe connect to? one has orange stripes and the other has blue stripes

Is it a warning gauge or what a little more info would help?? Is there two plugs at the back that your missing or is it just wires coming out of the gauge?? If its just wires then . Checkout http://www.greddy.com go on to the gauges then {Technical questions or something similar} theres a wiring guide there that will tell what all the other wires apart from the two that lead to the probe go from there its just 2 wires so it one way or the other you won't damage the gauge if you get them the wrong way round. If your gauge is missing the plugs then your stuffed

the gauge has 5 wires coming out of it: just a regular egt it has a check light.
it came with a probe that has 2 wires coming out of it, one is blue and the other is orange

red-12v constant
orange-12v ignition
white-lighting
black-ground
yellow-(optional)neg ground output (warning gauges only)

i have them all hooked up except the yellow

my question is...where does the 2 wires from the probe (orange and blue) tap into???

any help would be appreciated...thanks

Don't know man if you live in America just ring greddy and ask them? I have the same gauge sitting in front of me after reading the wiring diagram I'm stumped to.. Theres seems to be no connection for the probe

Ok, there are PLUGS on the sensor wire, they just snap together. The other wires are for Power/ground/lights. As for which color is which, I've got my instructions in my garage at home, but I'm at work now. Sorry.
