I have the spoolin log mani and need to get my egt bung welded in. where is the best place to put it? I know "one for each runner is the best", but I don't have the money. the elbow for my WG is on #3 so i don't know if that will work

runner #3 (cause its the hottest on honda motors) and 1-2 inches from the head is what ive always heard. thats how i run mine on my revhard mani.

edit: that distance is also what autometer recommneds

 

since the elbow is in the way on top put it on the bottom...

 

is that ok to have with the elbow right there
