No offense guys, but this is what I mean..................

we get one or two emails a month from people who say "when are you gonna come near me?"

Yet when I ask who's interested, noboddy answers. What do you expect?

Just out of curiosity, do you know who is teaching the Advanced class in Rochester on January 29th?

Edit: By the way, I took the EFI101 class this weekend and it was great. Geoff's Porsche was sick. The only thing that I would like to see is more theory/math, but thats only because I'm used to my engineering courses. to Geoffrey Ring and Ben as well.

Man - I'm really surprised you haven't gotten the TX dates up there. Seems like a LOT of big dog cars are coming out of the dirty lately - yeah they've got some good tooners down there, but everyone wants to learn.. Looks like I"ll have to wait til April and make the Chicago run. Minneapolis was a failed attempt last year and honestly - probably be the same if we tried it again. See you in Chicago.

Yeah, I'm really excited to get back to Texas! We are still looking for a good hosting facility to host it. We actually have a commitment from DynoDynamics to lend us their unit fot the weekend, so if there is a nice big clean shop who wants to host.....let us know and we'll scheule it ASAP!

Tell me about it. I blew an IC hose in the middle of Steven's Pass on the way to the Yakima EFI course.
I despise Yakima.

*says hypa who wishes a course would come to Surrey, BC. Hell, I'd even allow some H-T people to crash at casa del hypa.

wish you could make it to Miami before spring...on second thought the class in CT is much more logical, i'd be too hung over to learn anything in Miami...I lasted one semester @ UM when i lived in south beach...

Hey Ben, why don't we open a shop here in Dallas and install a dyno dynamics dyno? You could teach your classes there and we can provide people with reliable and professional dyno tuning. I'm sure we could get a couple cars here and there to dyno, what do ya think?

Yeah. It was making about 360-380 hp at 0.8 Bar. Geoff didn't want to turn up the boost and push it because there was a good way to blow air across the intercooler.

Apparently for the Advanced course theres going to be another Porsche with an Autronic on it. Any word on who is the instructor, Ben?

okay. I'll buy the dyno you and Art can put the shop together.

that way we can hold tons of EFI classes all throughout the year and you guys will always have a real dyno to use for tuning.

Anyone else think thats a good idea?

LOL, don't get too excited...its just an N/A 924
We like to use cars that don't make lots of power so that its harder for you turkeys to blow 'em up for us!

BTW Geoffrey will be teaching that advanced class. Were you happy with him as an instructor?

You should come through the SE again sometime next summer so I can attend the advanced class. I hear nothing but good things about Jack at P1 (Mustang dyno) in Charlotte, NC, and Mark at Turbo Tune (not sure dyno type) in Greensboro, NC. There's also Ride Revolution in Johnston City, TN, they have an AWD dyno of some nature - HT's own Jared works there (tens, bitch!).

Not that I mind driving a little further south, if it means I finally get to meet Mase and have that binge drinking/fistfight thing we keep talking about...
