hey guys
since you been to the efi 101 classes.
what would you say is the minimum amount of assumed knowledge u need.
do u need to be a qualified mechanic? or or will you get buy if you know the jist of the way a car works
also does this classes provide you with info for performance tuning or is it more for just regular tuning.
thank you

The class is all about performance but you need to understand the basics, which are covered also. You don't need to be an expert mechanic but just have a thirst for knowledge on tuning. I think I have the record for taking the class 6 times already. Never boring.

I took the class a couple of years ago and and Ben covers the basics in the class. He is very good at making some of the more complex aspects of tuning easy to understand.
Its worth every penny

It's a great course. We had guys in mine who were really knowledgeable already, and some who had no idea how an ICE works. The Advanced course is worth every penny. Most of the stuff in the 101 class you can get by reasearching things yourself, but for most people it would take years to get to the level that EFI 101 brings you to in a weekend.
