Default EF Turbo Cars?

My friend just acquired a EF Hatch with a B16a and what hes doing know is trying to swap the tranny. Ive heard that on this car it is very difficlut to put turbo in.. is this true? There seems to be very little space in there . Oh btw this car cost 1850

I talked to a guy yesterday about his turbo kit on his B16a. He had oil on his spark plugs and took the kit off. I think B16a suck, for boost. That's just my opinion from what my friends told me about their b16's. My ls is way more reliable..........well i just read the rest of your post and your asking obout room not reiablity.

Yup it's a PITA space-wise. However it's worth it. You can check my website, and browse around. Looks like you've got HAsport mounts, so your front X-member space is gonna be slim. Most of us turbo'd hybrid EF'rs have to smash on that baby to get room. Hope you don't plan on keeping A/C or any kinda frilly shiet like that. Radiator space is a problem

i think it's worth it just to spend $200 for a placeracing front cross member. it will give plenty of room for the downpipe and has mounts for EG radiator.

If you replace your front X-member with a tube-style one you can keep your A/C.
