Will a Greddy 18g turbo kit work well with a early edition JG/Edelbrock Intake Manifold and what kind of gains could be expected on a GSR with 9:1 compression and ported & polished head

stock gsr compression would be better, but you will have to modify the charge pipe off the throttle body to use the edelbrock mani. nothing too hard.

i think that it definetly will help out, but your stock im should be fine just depending how high you want to rev it the edlebrock should make more top end power.

i was going to try to push the Greddy kit to about 350 whp and about 12-15 psi

You should be fine as far as fitment. I just dont know if the Greddy Kit will push out 350 at 12psi.

It took 19psi on the GSR joe did to get it to 348.. That was with the AEM ems and some really good tuning.

Turbos a little inefficient the higher you go. Its going to be tough, but you should be able to do it. The edelbrock manifold is a quality piece, dont even worry about it.
