Default ebay turbos?

ive heard that the turbo kits from ebay are worthless and pos...but how about just for the daily drive? not run it to the point of breaking every day/ just your daily drive to work, gf's and occasional race or to when you feel its your night, i was just wondering if a daily drive all the time would help preserve the life of a turbo kit. thanks.

Using an oil restrictor and let the turbo cool down before you shut off the car will help the turbo last longer. Change oil too. Some ebay turbo kit have those cheap manifold that people said it tend to crack. It's a hit or miss thing.
