Default eBay radiator question

On eBay there's these two radiators I'm looking at. Both are similarly priced just below $40 shipped. One of them is a 1" thick single core aluminum. The other is a 1 1/4" thick dual core (copper I think?). Which one would cool better? The 1" thick aluminum is sold by "theradiatorconnection" and he's got that awesome feedback ya know. In his listing he claims that his radiator cools better than the other 1 1/4" dual core copper radiator. Not sure which one to get. I don't really want to spend $100+ on a full aluminum radiator.
