Default Ebay Intercooler

I was thinking about buying one of these intercoolers off ebay and was wondering if they have alot of boost drop. If anyone has bought one of these are they junk or worth the $150.

I bought a cheapo ebay intercooler a year or so ago and it worked great, I was making over 400 WHP and only getting air that was 11 degrees over ambient at 23 PSI.

I just compared my IAT's to ambient. I had a B16A2-style IAT that goes in the charge pipe before the TB.

Did anyone have to alter their bumper supports with the 7 inch in height I.C.'s??
I did a little searching and I didnt find any good threads. But I did find that most people running the ebay I.C's are making good numbers without any issues. So I'm gonna purchase one of the ebay units and tell you guys how good the quality is

I plan on buying my intercooler off ebay in a couple of weeks, but ebay does have treadstone, and precision intercoolers for really good prices! I was looking into getting the 600hp precision intercooler for $350, but it might be too big. Nothing wrong with ebay, I'm a big supporter

I use a Cyberdyne Air Temp guage with sender. $40 for the gauge from Summit and $18 for the sender.

Great price compared to the $200+ Auto-meter guages, not as pretty looking though. Have had it for about a year and no problems at all.

I found that by removing the plastic shell from the sender, it reacts alot quicker.

The ones on EBay are the same as the ones I use for building kits, they work fine for me every time.

2 of the 5 I've had in the past 2 months.
The only differences have been the stud sizes at the top. Some will be 12x1.75 pitch, others take the stock small Honda bolts.
