Default Easiest way to hook up a catch can setup

EDITED:

hey guys,

I wanted to bring this thread back up one more time. I read dashers catch can thread and I have a good understanding now on how everything is supposed to hook up together. I just need your guys opinions on the actual hardware I will be using. I already have a Endyn catch can with SS braided fittings, and my Moroso tank p/n 85465. Dasher already looked at my setup and he said it looks good. But I just wanted to make sure I ordered the correct fittings. Also, in case anybody was wondering I dont plan on using slashcut tubing to create a vacuum in the cans.

Here is what I'm gonna do:

BLOCK:
leave PCV black box in place, plug 2 top ports
plug up IM port and engine block port that went to top of PCV black box
take out allen plugs on back of B18C block and replace with Honda port fittings
1/2" inner dia clear nylon reinforced tubing from 2 ports on Endyn catch can to 2 ports on the back of the block
3/8" inner dia clear nylon reinforced tubing for drain line

VALVE COVER
-12AN to -10AN reducer cause the Moroso can has a -12AN outlet PIC
-10AN straight barbed fitting to screw onto -12AN to -10AN reducer on Moroso can PIC
-10AN aluminum weld-on bung to be welded to the front of valve cover PIC
-10AN 45 degree barbed fitting to screw onto weld on bung PIC
1/2" inner dia clear nylon reinforced tubing to go between valve cover and Moroso can
3/8" inner dia clear nylon reinforced tubing for drain line

I just needed your guys input on the parts for the valve cover. I included pics in the links, I just needed to know if they are the correct barbed fittings. Also, do you guys know if summitracing or jegs has 1/2" and 3/8" diameter clear nylon reinforced hose for use with oil and high temps?

TIA
