Has anyone heard about this thing. I saw it in the back of Honda-Tuning. Its a filter that attaches to your intake that has a fan that supposedly provides 1PSI of boost lol ... It claims at least a 4% gain in HP and torque or your money back. Although it may work it seems like a cheap gimmick. If anyones got comments on this thing go ahead and post them.
