I installed my E-manage yesterday in my '95 DX w/ D16z6 and now It runs like crap. it feels like its running on 3 cylinders sometimes, my tach bounces all over the place, and i'm getting a map CEL whenever i hit boost. The activity light doesn't light up green when I turn the car on but it does blink orange while its running. Please help.

 

You won't find much help for the Emanage here, most people use hondata, There is a yahoo message board dedicated to the emanage though, try to find it.

 

the green light not coming on might mean something is wrong...I think the blinking orange just occurs when the AAV setting hits...think thats normal. I installed one on my buddys Maxima a few eeks ago...it runs fine and is slightly tuned, but we are also getting a "MAP sensor" code as well. did you install the ignition harness correctly? and are the dials on the side zeroed out?

are you using the ignition harness?
Maybe you have the tach signal put in the wrong spot
