92 Civic CX...wiring in an e-manage. After wiring it up, no start...there was no ignition power to the igniter.

I'm very confused, could it be because of the MSD 6AL? I joined the two wires for ignition like they told me to do in the manual - Pins A21 and A22.

I'm puzzled??? Can anyone help. Thanks.
