E-Cutout Power source.
I keep blowing the fuse on my E-cutout when I wire it directly to the positive on the ignition. When I hooked it up to the positive wire on my deck, it blows the radio fuse. Where is the best place to wire the positive to?

Which cutout is it? Sounds like you have a short somewhere, i have the mccord unit wired into my fuse box under the dash and it hasnt blown a fuse yet.
