I can get the quicktime ones.
Need 10 or more people to get them 10% off their advertised price. Plus shipping and handling.
The more people that gets in on this, then the deeper the discount.

I dunno. Obviously the McCord is the copied version.

"Let it be known that the QTEC is made of high quality parts that are custom built for the unit. Heavy duty motor, weather tight connectors, high quality metals and CNC machined. No corners were cut. It has been tested before it was released on the market. That is why you do not see a QTEC2."
---Quoted from quicktime's website.

All in all, I think the quicktime looks as if its better quality. They show pics of the gearbos and everything else.
I have no proof of this cause I havent had either in my hand. This is my unbiased preference.

They are momentary switched motors. Basically the longer you hold the switch open the longer the cutout is activated--touch it for a little while and it only opens slightly. Also may be programmed to open and close at any engine load with most standalones and even some boost controllers and vtec controller might be able to do this as well.

If anyone is interested please reply to this thread. Please specify what size you will be needing and if you need the Flowtech "Y" as well.

i like the Quick time because the wiring harness can be disconnected at the motor. This will be helpful for my N/A car when I have to put my cat back in for emissions.

here is one for the big ballers on the board

Doesnt anyone want these awesome e-cutouts??
For less than 1/3 the price of 3" exhaust you can gain more hp and tq across the rpm band then 3" exhaust will ever be able to give you.
Works for cheezefrogs beast, it'll work for you!!

Yeah, well if your turbo your getting most people's attention anyway Whats the difference, open wastegate open dp

I have a stock LS manifold and B pipe. Guess that wont do anyone on this board any good though

Im gonna use it on my 2.25" exhaust im currently running. Still have somewhat decent flow when its closed---hell I went 12's on it, why not stay with it.

I wold like to know how you have any kind of proof. You may be speaking of the inferior older ones that used plastic gears and not metal. Its not like they freeze up, they are subjected to the same heat your exhaust sees.

I have one and have used it this entire winter without any problems. The only problem I've had since is that I blew the fuse on it. Otherwise its been working fine. For pics of my setup go to this link: http://www.ultimate-racing.com/Produ...nPipe-US.shtml

I too am surprised more Imports aren't using this. Great deal here. :D
