true, but if you do rev higher you can maintain that peek power for longer. My dyno plot stays flat at 300 whp once I reach 7500 all the way to 8500 rpm red line. If I was to rev higher I could maintain that whp for longer so I don't have to shift as many times. 98ctr

that is troo but for a basic setup turbo would u really need to rev that high? yes i do understand if u can hold the power a lil more then yes but if u are wouldnt u invest then into building a block especially with b20 or lsvtec turboes. so regardless ull have less to worry about rod stroke ratio

there is no way I can prove this to you and tell you that I know for sure, and a b20 might make the same power as a gsr or even more. But the rod stroke ratio will help you rev faster, therefore you will get your peek hp faster and there you can maintain that hp for longer. Its just a matter on how you look at your dyno graph so you can make the best power allover and not just on top or bottom. Its all a matter on what you intend to do with your can and what kind of driving you looking to do. 98ctr

stock b20 hondata 60-1 turbo 2 1/2 dp. 205hp 195 tq. pretty weak. but my injectors are maxed out that is why i made that hp. i am told after i get 550 i will make around 250. i am curently running 9 psi and i wont go more than that till i get it built.

I went to the dyno the oter day, cuz I installed a new wastegate and I lowered the boost down to 8psi for street driving. My first run was at 260 whp. After tuning for about 1hr I left the shop with 306 whp and 207 wtq. Im not trying to show off but I am trying to enfesize (sp) on how important it is to have the right setup when it comes to tuning. All I did for tuning is adjusting the air/fuel ratio and ignition under boost. 98ctr

You people have no concept of flow its amazing.

"my B20 made 220 @ 15psi"
"my B20 made 300 @ 5psi"
"my B20 made 150 @ 20psi"

Catch my drift?

Take a high school level physics course, and I'm sure you'll understand.

And about the Manifold...It went 10s, and works perfectly...so shut the **** up.

Things don't have to be "pretty" to be functional.
