Dynoed and A/F was 9???
I dynoed the other day and my car was at 11 A/F till 3500 rpm when boost kicked in and then went down drastically to 9 for some reason with the safc it wouldnt correct the prob no matter how much we leaned it out....im running a drag 3 kit with 12:1 fmu disk on stock injectors at 10psi?
what kind of wideband is that... is it tail pipe wideband or o2 bung style wideband. 9:1 af is damn rich... you car would fall flat in power.... how much pwr did it make by the way.. i think its faulty wideband more than anything else.
well i put down 214hp and 185 torque...i dont have a fuel pressure regulator....and we tried just tunning with the safc but it couldnt even budge the 9 A/F it was a dyno where they put the A/F tube in my downpipe and i ran the car...

If you hurt a piston or ring...it will throw the fuel mixture way rich like that when boost hits. Could be one of the cylenders fouling making it run rich.....Mike
Don't overlook the fact that maybe it's just not tuned right. The JRSC's are famous for their bug-killing rich mixtures at high rpm's. When I first got my setup installed, it ran so rich at high rpm that it wouldn't even register on the wideband!

and then comes Hondata and the joy of playing basketball with my FMU.
