Default Dyno-tune at Inline

Well, my car made it to Inline without too much problem...John was the one doing all the tunning on it while on the Dyno...He set all the afc hack settings to -40% and it idled pretty nice...when i tried that, it didnt like it too much and it would bog, but as soon as John set it, it worked almost instantly ...He told me that my A/F reading was WAY rich when i first brought it in, meaning it wasnt even on the graph...but now its pretty steady and lean at 2-3K and slowly richens at around 3.5K...I was kinda mad cus my charge pipe kept popping off, but he juss slapped one together in no time...dyno'd my car and it ran 117whp w/ 117lbs at only 3psi... i have to buy a controller soon if "Unboosted Pelo Tudo's" doesnt come in soon...it barely hits 4psi and at around 5.25K, it begins to dip and lose HP...is it becuase of a leak in the charge pipes? well here's the dyno...nothing special, but hey it runs better and is driveable now...

Anyone have advice or tips for me?

To John for not giving me slack about my ghetto set up and for helping me out...

*Edit* I'm such a fob

it was 195 for dyno (3 pulls) and tunning...

anyone know what can cause it to drop off at around 5k like that?

So you guys think its pretty pathetic at 3psi or is that about right? I checked all my pipes today and the pipe right before the TB was loose...tightened that up and the boost gauge hit just a tick before the 5psi mark...i cant adjust the arm thing on the wastegate anymore that 5psi right? It does pull a lot harder now with a little bit of idling problem when the car is cold...

Do you guys think i should go for a boost controller first or a turbo timer? they're about the same and the boost controller i'm looking at is the manual Turbosmart from Inline...it clicks!!!

3psi? what the.... what kind of wastegate setup are you running?

Also you're power flattening / lowering is because of richening up and im guessing your boost leak, its tough to say. I'd go back with a boost controller and a more stable charge pipe setup and see what happens

its a greddy kit with the internal wastegate...yeah i'm def. going back as soon as i get some other things, including money ...so you think its too rich causing it to lose power?

anyone know if 5psi is the max you can adjust the wastegate arm on the greddy td04?

yea you dip down below 12:1 and even below 11:1. Keep it around 12:1-12.5:1 and you will make more power guarunteed...
