dynoed my turbo d tonight, figured id post up and see if anyone has any opinions...
21psi: 280whp 210 wtq
14psi:230whp 180wtq
this was uncorrect, i was told dyno dynamics reads 13% lower so iono, anyone know anything about that??? he also did the pulls in 4th which i was under the impression you are supposed to use 3rd, what do you guys think, ill try to scan the sheet tonight and post it up too...

4 gr pulls will usually show more HP on a turbo car. on an all motor, i usually do 3rd gear pulls... and 4th gear pulls if the car has a B16 or ITR tranny
Um......how does the graph go backwards in some places? I've seen it go up and down the Y-axis while moving foward, but I've never seen it backtrack along the x-axis.

other imporant things to note is the manifold is my own homemade equal length and its not TERRIBLY bad, and my turbo had one of those new 4" thin filters from autozone on it, its like 4" inlet but only like 2inches thick to fit in cramped spaces, but its brand new so i figured it could flow enough!

exhaust is 2.5" open downpipe, wastegate is dumped under the oil pan...
ive heard that dyno dynamics run 13% lower than normal which would put me at 316whp, which seems a little more close to what i expected

Dynojet has come to be kind of a standard when it comes to dyno numbers, so when people run on a dyno dynamics they will typically show a lower number than if they ran on a dynojet.

i have seen a difference of 50-80whp in running from 3rd to 4th gr (this was on an rx-7 making 500+ whp)
on high hp turbo cars, u need to do a 4th gr pull cuz the rpms will fly tooo fast

Ok how about on a dynojet awd? The dynojet for front the wheel one the rollers are wider and than the awd rollers. Would that affect actual HP readings if a front wheel drive car is done one the awd dyno?
